Naia Bikinis is seeking a summer intern with experience in sports marketing and business to help us create and manage our team of athlete ambassadors. 

Responsibilities will include:

• designing an ambassador program and contract to attract female athletes to test and promote our products
• identifying potential ambassadors based on athletic ability and audience engagement
• onboarding new ambassadors
• managing social media engagement, content creation, and commission payout for ambassadors

We would like to fill this position during the spring to help us re-launch our ambassador program for summer. Preference will be given to applicants who can commit to 3 months or more of the internship in order to make sure there is continuity and effective execution of the program. Some compensation may be available, dependent on applicant experience and estimated number of hours required to launch the program.
